Cancellation & Refund Policy – Sarvagya

At Sarvagya, we take great care in preparing and dispatching our homemade organic products with the utmost attention to quality, hygiene, and freshness. Our A2 Cow Ghee and other traditional foods are handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients. Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our offerings, we maintain a strict policy regarding cancellations and refunds.

 

Order Cancellations
Orders once placed on our website (www.sarvagya.co.in) cannot be canceled after confirmation, as we begin processing them immediately to ensure timely delivery. We request customers to review their order carefully before finalizing the purchase. If there’s an error in shipping information or payment, please contact us at sarvagyadairy@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing the order.

Returns
We do not accept returns for any of our food products, including A2 Cow Ghee. All products are packaged with care, and returns will not be accepted based on taste, personal preferences, or damage caused by mishandling after delivery.

Refunds
Refunds are only processed if:

• You receive the wrong product.

• The product is damaged in transit (with clear proof and unboxing video).

 

To request a refund, email us at sarvagyadairy@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number, clear photos, and details of the issue. Upon verification, a refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note: No refunds will be processed without valid documentation. Refunds are at the sole discretion of Sarvagya.
